St. Louis Cardinals Tickets
Second only to the New York Yankees in overall World Series titles with 11, the St. Louis Cardinals are seemingly never out of pennant contention in the National League. In fact, the Redbirds have been a model franchise since 2000, reaching the World Series four times (including wins in 2006 and 2011), making seven appearances in the NLCS, and capturing 10 NL Central crowns. With one of the most dedicated fan bases in the league, fans with St. Louis Cardinals tickets are treated to one of the best game-day environments in the league at Busch Stadium. The veteran trio of Yadier Molina, Adam Wainwright and Matt Carpenter continues to set the standard in the STL, but there's some new blood in town, too. After six-and-a-half seasons at the helm, Mike Matheney has been replaced by Mike Shildt, and young guns like Harrison Bader, Paul DeJong, fireballer Jordan Hicks, Dakota Hudson and Jack Flaherty are getting a chance to prove themselves at the big league level. Marcell Ozuna and offseason pickup Paul Goldschmidt, a six-time All-Star, should provide some much-welcomed pop in the lineup, too. Busch Stadium continues to attract sellout crowds as St. Louis Cardinals fans support their team's run at yet more October glory.

Rogers Hornsby had already been a superstar for a few years when he dug in for the 1922 season, a year that would go down in history for one of the greatest offensive displays ever. The 26-year-old Hornsby wound up hitting .401, and amassed 42 home runs and 152 RBIs to lead the attack for the Cardinals, ultimately giving him his first of two Triple Crowns.
